Synergy3 Residential Service Plumber We are seeking a full-time Residential Service Plumber to promptly respond and perform repairs and maintenance on residential plumbing systems. Our Residential Service Plumber makes $25- $40 / hour, depending on skills and experience. Synergy3 is a family-owned HVAC and plumbing company serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey areas. Learn more about us at: https://www.synergy3.com/&nbsp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Hold and maintain the necessary licenses to pull permits and oversee work under your license.</li><li>Collaborate with our construction team to ensure all plumbing installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.</li><li>Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances (sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, etc.)</li><li>Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems</li><li>Performing leak detection and repair</li><li>Working with natural gas, propane, and oil lines (must have a valid license for each)</li><li>Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications</li><li>Ensuring all work meets safety standards and adheres to plumbing codes</li><li>Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years residential plumbing experience</li><li>Valid Driver's License and good driving record</li><li>Must be able to pass a drug test</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must be well organized &amp; punctual</li><li>Professional Presentation&nbsp;</li></ul> Compensation:<ul><li>$25.00 - $40.00 based on experience</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>401K plan</li><li>Health and vision insurance</li><li>In-depth training and onboarding</li><li>Supportive team environment</li></ul>
