You will engage with homeowners, share information, and generate leads for our sales team. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct door-to-door/community outreach</li><li>Share information on HVAC and energy efficiency solutions</li><li>Distribute flyers and schedule appointments</li><li>Track daily activity and results</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Enthusiastic and persuasive personality</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license</li></ul> Compensation:Base salary: $30,000 per year plus a high-per-appointment-set bonus (uncapped)&nbsp; Job Type:&nbsp;W-2 and/or 1099 options available Synergy3 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
