Position Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant at Synergy3, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and excellent customer service. This full-time, in-office position requires an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate must be located within commuting distance to our Philadelphia office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create customer accounts and generate sales orders
- Maintain and update customer records regularly
- Coordinate with technicians and other departments to ensure smooth workflows
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns
- Handle basic tasks within Oracle NetSuite for tracking and reporting
- Assist in maintaining efficient project workflow by collaborating with the office team
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Occasionally, drive to the township to deliver permits as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level education preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally within project management
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contracting services is a plus
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP/CRM systems is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively
- Professional problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience
