Position Overview

We're hiring an HVAC Service Technician to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs across HVAC systems and related home components. This role is field-based and includes a mix of HVAC work and light multi-trade service tasks.

Compensation

$25 per hour, based on experience

Overtime may be available

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Complete minor plumbing repairs, such as leak fixes
• Service ventilation systems, including dryer vents
• Inspect and repair flue components and exhaust pathways
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting related to HVAC systems
• Complete safety checks in line with company standards and local codes
• Document work performed and communicate findings with customers

Qualifications

• Experience servicing residential HVAC systems
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing and general repairs
• Familiarity with ventilation, combustion, and exhaust systems
• Ability to perform minor electrical troubleshooting
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and workmanship quality

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently in a field environment
