If you can close, we will keep you busy. Synergy3 is hiring Comfort Advisors to sit with homeowners who have already raised their hand and recommend the right heating, cooling, and energy-efficiency solutions for their home.

No cold calling. No waiting on the lot for a walk-in. No 12-hour Saturdays chasing one deal.


We built this role for the closer who is tired of how auto, retail, or solar treats them--and wants a recession-proof product people genuinely need, bigger tickets, warm company-provided leads, and earnings that actually reflect their effort. People always need heat and air conditioning. The phone keeps ringing in a downturn.



WHAT YOU'LL EARN

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $200,000+ (Uncapped)
  • Top Earners: $200,000+
  • Base Salary: $40,000 + uncapped commission
  • Commission: 10% of completed project value
  • Ramp Guarantee: $1,200/week for your first 90 days while you build your pipeline--so the jump never costs you a paycheck.
  • Bonuses: Monthly volume and financing-attach bonuses on top of base commission.
  • Perks & Tools: Company vehicle or vehicle allowance, fuel card, iPad, and all necessary sales tools provided.
  • Benefits: Health benefits, paid time off, and 401(k). This is a full W-2 employee role, not 1099.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Consult: Meet homeowners in their homes (appointments are booked for you) to assess comfort concerns and existing HVAC systems.
  • Design Solutions: Build customized recommendations for system replacements, upgrades, and weatherization improvements.
  • Close: Present pricing, financing options, and timelines clearly and confidently--and ask for the sale.
  • Support: Follow up to answer questions and guide homeowners to a confident decision.
  • Coordinate: Hand off sold jobs cleanly to the installation team so the customer experience stays flawless.
  • Manage: Grow your pipeline with company-provided leads, your own referrals, and past-customer follow-ups, tracking every appointment and detail in our CRM.


WHO THRIVES HERE

  • Proven Closer: A track record of closing in a commission-driven, customer-facing role (auto, solar, retail, in-home, or similar).
  • Great Communicator: You can explain something technical in plain language that a homeowner trusts.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to ask for the sale.
  • Highly Organized: Capable of running a full pipeline without dropping a lead.
  • Flexible & Mobile: Valid driver's license, comfortable driving the local service area, and available for some evening appointments (when homeowners are home and ready to buy).
  • Bonus: HVAC experience is a plus, but not required--we provide full paid training.
