Dispatcher 

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily schedules of our HVAC and plumbing technicians. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our team operates efficiently, keeping the schedule full and making sure the right technician is assigned to the appropriate jobs.

Key Responsibilities: 

Organize and manage daily schedules for HVAC and plumbing technicians.

Communicate effectively with both customers and team members over the phone and via email.

Assign tasks based on technician expertise, ensuring the right person is dispatched for each job.

Monitor the upcoming day's schedule to ensure all time slots are filled. 

Learn and apply basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge to improve scheduling accuracy.

Provide updates to technicians and customers on job statuses as needed. 

Collaborate with the team to optimize routing and dispatching for maximum efficiency. 

Requirements: 

Experience in dispatching or a similar role preferred. 

Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent phone and communication skills. 

Willingness to learn basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge (training provided).

Comfortable working in an office setting, full-time. 

Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

$60,000 - $70,000 based on experience
