Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage residential projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with technicians and other teams to ensure effective scheduling and allocation of resources.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.</li><li>Handle all project paperwork, including billing, filing, and maintaining accurate records</li><li>Conduct regular meetings with the program administrator to review project status and discuss any updates or changes.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with utility companies and clients to ensure successful project execution.</li><li>Collaborate with core office team members and technicians to establish KPIs and maintain efficient project workflow.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during project execution.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent education required; college-level education preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a project management role.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google spreadsheets, Smartsheets, Dropbox, CRMs such as Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, or similar software.</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical contracting is a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Full Time</li><li>Competitive salary starting at $60,000 per year, plus performance based bonuses that can add up to over $100,000 per year commensurate with experience.</li><li>Paid holidays and vacation time.</li><li>IBC Medical Insurance and MetLife Dental.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li></ul>Synergy3 is known for its great culture of teamwork, appreciation and recognition.
