You'll work closely with our team to provide residential solutions that promote sustainability and comfort for homeowners. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Energy Audits: Conduct 100+ energy audits annually, managing a steady workflow of 30+ active projects.</li><li>Weatherization Tasks: Implement key weatherization measures such as air sealing and insulation installation.</li><li>Energy Testing: Perform essential tests, including blower door tests, static pressure assessments, and evaluating heating system efficiency.</li><li>Client Education: Educate homeowners about energy-saving opportunities and health &amp; safety concerns within their home.</li><li>Work Order Management: Write work order specifications for other team members and inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.</li><li>Documentation: Accurately document audit findings in both field and office formats.</li><li>Energy-Saving Products: Install simple energy-saving devices like low-flow fixtures and energy-efficient light bulbs.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in the industry.</li><li>Education: High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>BPI Certification: Preferred, but training will be provided to obtain certification within 3-6 months.</li><li>Flexibility: Ability to work weekends when needed.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal skills with a positive attitude, comfortable with in-home consultations.</li><li>Adaptability: Strong ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing conditions.</li><li>License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a clean driving record.</li></ul> Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.</li><li>Capacity to sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods, including working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes.</li><li>Frequent use of hand tools, power tools, and climbing ladders up to 3 stories high.</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li></ul> Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Hourly wage: $25.00 - $32.00, based on experience.</li><li>Paid holidays and vacation time.</li><li>Health benefits include IBC Medical Insurance and MetLife Dental.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.</li></ul> Why Join Synergy3?At Synergy3, we provide a supportive and engaging environment for our team members.
